Geoff Redman
Director & Chief Executive Officer

Based in Queensland, Geoff is responsible for Redman Solutions' National business initiatives. His extensive experience spans Local Government, Knowledge Management & Software Sales.
Geoff is responsible for Vendor relations, National Marketing and is focussed on building rewarding relationships with our client base, reseller network and software partners.

Prior to starting Redman Solutions, Geoff operated a successful distribution business called GPR Solutions for several years. Geoff has also held esteemed positions such as Sales Director for Avand (formerly Advanced Data Integration) and CEO level in Local Council in Tasmania.

Michael Redman
Operations Manager

Michael's role is to manage Business Operations covering Accounts, Resource Allocation and the communications of corporate policy and process at Redman Solutions.

Michael brings with him key insights into building successful relationships with business partners.

Prior to joining Redman Solutions Michael  operated a successful sporting business on the Sunshine Coast for several years.

Garry Dohnt
State Manager

Garry Dohnt worked within Local Government in Australia for 11 years before joining Stowe Computing Australia a well established software and services company. In May 1991, Garry assumed ownership of Stowe Computing Australia and became the company’s Managing Director and one of the driving forces behind the success of the company. He sold the business to the Geac Corporation in 1998 and stayed on as General Manager of the Local Government Division for 8 years.

Garry has now joined Redman Solutions as General Manager for South Australia. His extensive business knowledge and experience working with both the government and the private sector will contribute greatly to the success of the Redman Solutions business in Australia.

Grahame Wan
Technical Services Manager

Grahame’s role is to provide accredited technical design, installation, integration and support of Archive Manager throughout Australia.

Grahame has over 13 years experience in working in the Information Technology field. He has worked with and is an experienced database administrator for a number of environments including SQL Server, Informix and Oracle.

During this time Grahame has also been heavily involved in software development for number of projects varying in size and complexity. Grahame has extensive experience in technical consulting and development of associated technical documentation including development, installation and maintenance of software systems.

Liz Cvitkovic
Business Analyst & Training Specialist

Liz’s role is to provide accredited consulting, training, Project Management and technical and user support for a select number of innovative products which include; Trapeze Scanning solutions, RapidRedact redaction software, Worksite NT EDMS, DataWorks EDMS and Archive Manager.

Liz has over 10 years experience in the areas of training, consulting and systems implementation. She has extensive experience automating core business processes through Workflow, Content Management, Imaging and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). She has key strengths in the development and management of both cultural change and maintaining strategic relationships.
